Hours are BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Special arrangements can be made for times outside of those listed above.
A Body Balanced Massage Therapy is dedicated to providing the best relaxation and/or healing experience for all clients through personalized service, FLEXIBLE HOURS and reasonable rates.
Appointment Policy
To make an appointment, call/text (267)371-3551. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. If the appointment is an in-home/hospital visit, a therapist will arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment. This will allow enough time for paperwork, payment and discussion of treatment plan.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows enough time to schedule another client for that appointment slot. It is the client's responsibility to know when the appointment is scheduled and to arrive on time. We do realize that last minute cancelations are inevitable, and request that you notify us as soon as possible if the situation arises. If you do not cancel your appointment and you do not show up for your appointment, this is considered a "no-show" and a $25.00 fee will be charged.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
